Message from Nurse Parker

School will be starting before we know it! Please get your student's immunization or exemption forms taken care of prior to school starting.  

If your student is going into 7th grade, make sure he/she has the meningococcal and tdap. Please bring an updated immunization record to the school.  If your student is going into preschool, please make sure they have had all the immunizations required by the state.  Those students going into kindergarten will need to have their immunizations to start kindergarten.  If you have students who get immunizations in Louisiana, be sure they have the 2 hepatitis A immunizations.  If your student is not getting immunizations, then an exemption form need to be filled out.  Please turn in all updated immunization records and exemption forms into the administration office prior to school starting.
