On Thursday, October 2nd, Mrs. Erin Lambeth was recognized as a Thriving Leader by Region VIII. The Thriving Leader designation is earned by obtaining 36 or more hours of professional development during the previous school year. Mrs. Lambeth was one of just over 60 administrators in Region VIII to earn this distinction.  What set her apart from most in the room is the fact that she has earned this distinction since the designation onset three years ago.  McLeod ISD is extremely proud of Mrs. Lambeth and her commitment to professional growth.
